01About Claire

Hey, I’m Claire.

Claire Sinclair smiling, with long blonde hair and a charcoal denim jacket.

If you’ve ever looked at your life and thought, “This isn’t how I thought it was going to look,” I know that feeling oh so well.

I’ve had chapters where I questioned myself, compared myself to everyone around me and wondered how I’d ended up so far away from the life I thought I was going to have.

I’ve experienced heartbreak, betrayal, huge changes and those weird in between moments where you know you don’t want your old life anymore, but you haven’t quite figured out what the new one looks like yet.

For a long time, I thought changing my life meant changing everything happening around me.

Eventually, I realised some of the biggest changes had to start with me.

I had to look at what I believed about myself, the patterns I kept repeating, what I was accepting and the things I wanted but kept talking myself out of.

Most importantly, I had to start trusting myself again.

“Your worst chapter does not get to decide the rest of your life.”
READ THE REST OF MY STORYSHOW LESS

That experience completely changed the way I see personal development and manifestation.

I don’t believe creating a life you love is about pretending everything’s perfect, thinking positive thoughts 24/7 or waiting for the universe to magically sort everything out for you.

It’s about understanding what’s been running the show in your life.

The beliefs. The patterns. The way you see yourself. The choices you keep making without even realising why.

And then learning how to do something different.

That’s ultimately what led me to create The M12 Method.

It brings together psychology, behaviour change, self concept, manifestation and practical tools you can actually use in real life.

I’m not here because I’ve lived some perfectly curated life.

I’m here because I haven’t.

I’ve rebuilt. I’ve changed my mind. I’ve started again. I’ve got things wrong. I’ve learnt a lot about myself along the way and I’m still evolving too.

So if you’ve ever found yourself thinking, “There has to be more for me than this,” you’re exactly who I created this work for.

You get to decide what comes next.

And you get to create a life you’re obsessed with.

02The framework for your next chapter

THE M12
METHOD

Twelve stages. Inner work. Real life action.

M12 is my 12 stage method for understanding what’s actually been shaping your life, changing the patterns keeping you stuck and creating what comes next on purpose.

Because knowing what you want is only part of the story. You also need to understand what’s been running the show, change the patterns that keep pulling you back and start making choices that actually match the life you want.

EXPLORE THE TWELVE STAGESTAP A STAGE TO EXPLORE
01Awareness

See what’s actually happening in your life before trying to change it. This is where you notice your thoughts, feelings, habits and reactions, including the ones that have become so familiar you barely question them.

You start separating what happened from the meaning you gave it and what you did next. The aim is honest observation without turning every pattern into another reason to criticise yourself. You can’t interrupt a pattern you haven’t noticed yet.

IN EVERYDAY LIFE

You agree to something you don’t want to do, then feel resentful. Awareness helps you catch that automatic yes.

ONE SMALL STEP

Notice one moment today when your reaction feels familiar. Write down what happened, what you told yourself, how you felt and what you did.

02Vision

Get clear on the life you actually want to live. Look beyond what sounds impressive, what other people expect and the goals you’ve kept simply because they’ve been on your list for years.

This stage connects your desires with your values and everyday priorities. What do you want more space for? What would a satisfying ordinary day look like? Your vision becomes a direction you can make decisions from, with room to change as you learn.

IN EVERYDAY LIFE

You think you want a bigger business, but what you really want is more freedom. That changes what you choose to build.

ONE SMALL STEP

Describe one ordinary day in the life you want. Include how you spend your time, who you’re with and what matters most.

03Uncover

Look underneath the patterns you’ve noticed. What beliefs, assumptions and familiar stories are shaping the way you respond? Some may have been learned through experience. Others may be messages you absorbed from people around you.

You explore the difference between a fact and a conclusion you’ve repeated until it feels like one. A thought such as “I always get rejected” can influence what you attempt, what you avoid and which experiences you notice. Uncovering it gives you something specific to question.

IN EVERYDAY LIFE

You keep putting off an application because “people like me don’t get opportunities like that” feels like a fact.

ONE SMALL STEP

Choose one recurring thought. Ask: what’s the evidence for it, what doesn’t fit it and what else could be true?

04Heal

Make space for the feelings and experiences that still influence your present. Some familiar responses may have helped you cope before, even if they now make it harder to choose what you want.

This stage is about recognising those responses with care, allowing feelings without forcing yourself to rush past them and practising a different response at a manageable pace. You don’t have to revisit every painful detail or force forgiveness. Some experiences need support beyond coaching, and choosing that support can be part of moving forward.

IN EVERYDAY LIFE

A delayed reply brings up an old fear of being abandoned. You practise pausing before treating that fear as proof of what’s happening now.

ONE SMALL STEP

When a familiar feeling appears, name it gently. Ask: what do I know about this moment and what support would help me respond?

05Self Concept

Explore the identity you’ve been living from: the things you say after “I am” and the expectations you hold about what’s possible for you. These beliefs can influence your choices long before you consciously weigh them up.

You begin building a more useful and believable view of yourself through what you practise. The aim is to give yourself fresh evidence, so an old description such as “I never follow through” doesn’t keep making your decisions for you.

IN EVERYDAY LIFE

You start seeing yourself as someone who keeps small promises by finishing one realistic commitment at a time.

ONE SMALL STEP

Complete this sentence: “I’m practising being someone who…” Then choose one small action that supports that identity today.

06Self Love

Build a relationship with yourself that supports change. This includes how you speak to yourself, what you allow, how you respond to mistakes and whether your own needs get a place in your decisions.

Self love makes room for kindness, responsibility and boundaries. You can recognise that something needs to change without using shame as your main motivator. You practise treating yourself as someone whose time, energy and wellbeing deserve consideration.

IN EVERYDAY LIFE

After a difficult day, you notice the urge to call yourself lazy. You ask what got in the way and make tomorrow’s plan more realistic.

ONE SMALL STEP

Catch one harsh sentence you say to yourself. Rewrite it as something honest, supportive and useful enough to act on.

07Align

Look at the gap between what you want and what your daily life currently supports. Your time, choices, relationships, surroundings and priorities all play a part in what becomes easier or harder to do.

Here you make practical adjustments so your everyday life gives your vision a fair chance. Alignment doesn’t require feeling positive all the time. It means checking whether your commitments and actions reflect what matters to you, then changing what you reasonably can.

IN EVERYDAY LIFE

You want more calm but keep filling every spare evening. You protect one evening before adding another commitment.

ONE SMALL STEP

Choose one goal and look at the next seven days. Make one small change to your calendar or environment that supports it.

08Embody

Practise living the qualities of the person you want to become. How would that version of you make a decision, handle a setback, set a boundary or speak about what they want?

This stage turns an idea about your future self into something you can rehearse and use now. You don’t need to pretend your circumstances have already changed or spend money to look the part. Choose a realistic behaviour you can repeat while allowing yourself to feel uncertain.

IN EVERYDAY LIFE

You want to become more confident about your needs, so you practise giving a clear answer without a long apology.

ONE SMALL STEP

Picture one situation you’ll face today. Rehearse a response that reflects how you want to show up, then try it when the moment comes.

09Act

Turn what you’ve learned into something you actually do. Insight matters, but your life also needs decisions, conversations, experiments and follow through. This is where a goal becomes a next step.

Choose actions that fit your current capacity and let the results teach you. A small completed step can be more useful than an impressive plan you keep postponing. You can adjust your approach as you go, without waiting to feel completely ready.

IN EVERYDAY LIFE

Instead of researching your idea for another week, you send one enquiry or set aside twenty minutes to begin.

ONE SMALL STEP

Pick one action you can complete in the next 24 hours. Make it specific and decide when you’ll do it.

10Notice

Pay attention to what’s changing, including the small things you might usually dismiss. Your focus may go straight to what went wrong, what’s missing or how far you still have to go.

This stage is about building a balanced evidence log. Notice progress, useful opportunities and different responses, while staying honest about what still needs attention. You’re learning from what actually happened, so your next decision has more to work with than an old story.

IN EVERYDAY LIFE

You still felt nervous, but you spoke up anyway. That’s evidence of a different response, even if it didn’t feel effortless.

ONE SMALL STEP

At the end of the day, note one thing you did differently, one thing you learned and one next step.

11Receive

Practise allowing support, opportunity and progress to have a place in your life. Sometimes the thing you’ve wanted arrives and your first response is to minimise it, distrust it or decide you haven’t earned it.

Here you explore those reactions and practise accepting what’s welcome and right for you. Receiving includes discernment and boundaries. You can accept a compliment, ask for help or consider an opportunity without owing someone unlimited access to your time or energy.

IN EVERYDAY LIFE

Someone offers useful help. You accept it instead of automatically saying you’ll manage everything yourself.

ONE SMALL STEP

Notice one thing you usually brush away. If it feels welcome, practise accepting it with a simple thank you.

12Release

Loosen your grip on the idea that change has to happen in one exact way or on one exact timeline. You can know what you want, take meaningful action and still leave room for information you don’t have yet.

This stage helps you separate what you can influence from what belongs to other people or circumstances. Keep your standards, review what’s working and adjust when needed. You can care about the outcome without making constant checking your full time job.

IN EVERYDAY LIFE

You send the application, plan a sensible follow up and get on with your day instead of refreshing your inbox every ten minutes.

ONE SMALL STEP

Write down what you can influence and what you can’t control. Choose one action from the first list, then give yourself permission to pause the checking.

You don’t have to change your whole life overnight.
You just need to know where to start.

A little clarity starts here

WORK WITH ME
1:1 MENTORSHIP

Sometimes knowing something needs to change isn’t the problem. It’s working out what needs to change, why you keep getting pulled back into the same patterns and what to actually do differently.

You might know exactly what you want next or you might just know that the way things are right now doesn’t feel right anymore. Either way, you don’t need to arrive with a perfect bullet pointed presentation.

That’s exactly what we’ll work out together.

Private 1:1 mentorship gives you space to properly look at what’s happening in your life, understand what’s underneath it and start making changes that actually fit the life you want to create.

Claire standing in a black blazer, white top and jeans.

YOUR LIFE. YOUR GOALS. YOUR STARTING POINT.

This isn’t a one size fits all process.

We’ll start with where you are right now.

What you want.

What isn’t working.

What keeps happening.

What you’re finding difficult to change on your own.

And what you’d really love your life to look and feel like instead.

We’ll use The M12 Method to explore the beliefs, patterns, self concept and choices connected to what you want to change.

Then we’ll turn that understanding into something practical.

Because noticing the pattern is useful.

Changing it is where things start getting interesting.

Claire sitting cross legged, smiling in sunglasses.

WHAT WORKING TOGETHER LOOKS LIKE

We’ll work together privately over six weeks.

You’ll have three private 90 minute mentorship sessions, spaced across the six weeks so you have time to actually use what we uncover between each conversation.

You’ll also have private support between sessions through messages and voice notes.

That means you don’t have to wait until our next session if something comes up, you notice a pattern playing out in real time or you need help working through your next step.

Along the way, I can also give you personalised exercises, tools and resources when they’ll genuinely help.

This isn’t about giving you another mountain of information to consume.

It’s about looking at your actual life and helping you do something differently.

SUPPORT THAT FITS REAL LIFE

Not everyone processes things in the same way.

Some people need to talk something through.

Some people need time to think before putting their thoughts into words.

Most people need a bit of both.

Our private sessions can take place through Google Meet, with WhatsApp messages and voice notes available between sessions.

We’ll agree exactly how we’re working together before we begin so you know what support is available, when I’ll respond and what you can expect throughout the six weeks.

The structure is there to support you.

Not box you in.

Claire lying on her front with her chin resting on her hands.

THIS MIGHT LOOK LIKE...

Rebuilding your self trust after something knocked it sideways.

Finally changing a relationship pattern you’re tired of repeating.

Working out what you actually want after spending years doing what you thought you should want.

Changing the way you see yourself.

Becoming more confident in the choices you make.

Understanding why you keep sabotaging something you genuinely want.

Moving through heartbreak, betrayal or a massive life change without letting that chapter decide what comes next.

Getting out of the endless cycle of thinking about changing your life and actually starting to change it.

Or simply reaching the point where you think:

“There has to be more for me than this.”

And deciding you’re ready to find out what that looks like.

Claire sitting cross legged and lowering her sunglasses.

WOULD 1:1 MENTORSHIP WORK FOR YOU?

Not everyone needs private mentorship.

So before you enquire, let’s find out whether it actually sounds like the kind of support you need right now.

When you think about what you want to change, where are you right now?
What would feel most useful right now?
Do you notice yourself repeating patterns even when you know they’re not helping you?
How would you feel about someone asking you the questions you might be avoiding?
What would make mentorship feel worthwhile to you?

INSIGHT YOU CAN ACTUALLY USE

I’m not interested in helping you have a brilliant conversation about your life and then sending you straight back into it doing exactly the same things.

Our work will connect understanding with action.

We’ll notice what’s happening.

Look at why it’s happening.

Decide what needs to change.

Then start creating new evidence through what you actually do next.

Some changes might feel big.

Others might look ridiculously small from the outside.

Both count.

Because real change tends to happen through the choices you keep making after the breakthrough moment has passed.

Claire laughing while sitting cross legged in a black blazer.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Tell me where you are.

Complete the private enquiry form and tell me a little about what’s happening, what you’d like support with and what you’d love to change.

You don’t need to have the perfect words.

  2. Let’s see if it feels like the right fit.

    I’ll reply personally by email.

We can talk through what you’re looking for, whether private mentorship makes sense for you and what working together would look like.

There’s no need to force a fit.

  3. We decide what happens next.

If we both feel it’s right, we’ll agree the format, support, boundaries and start date before you commit.

You’ll know exactly what to expect before we begin.

READY TO TALK ABOUT WHAT COMES NEXT?

You don’t need to have your whole life figured out.

You just need to know you’re ready for something to be different.

ENQUIRE ABOUT 1:1 MENTORSHIP

Let’s start with you.

Tell me a little about yourself and submit your enquiry below. I’ll be in touch by email.

This helps me understand what suits you. We’ll agree the format together before you commit. I’ll reply to this enquiry by email.

A few sentences are enough. Please don’t include medical records or other sensitive details.

Your enquiry won’t add you to a mailing list. Read the Privacy Policy for how enquiries are handled.

You can also email clairesinclaircoaching@gmail.com directly with your first name and a few lines about what you’d like support with.

You don’t have to have the whole plan figured out before you change direction. Sometimes all you know is that what you’re doing now doesn’t feel right anymore. That’s enough information to start paying attention.
